Hannanprint recognises that a job is not completed until the catalogues
and magazines are delivered to sometimes as many as 180 different delivery
points around
Australia. Hannanprint can perform a phone
survey to every destination point making sure that the product has been
delivered in good order and on time. Clients are impressed when calling
Hannanprint to highlight a delivery has not been made somewhere in Australia
only to find out in quick time the name of the person who has acknowledged
delivery, the time of delivery through our already performed phone survey. This
phone survey service highlights any delivery concerns before they become a
problem and allows Hannanprint to rectify in advance. This service has been
welcomed by our large National Retail Customers through to clients who have a
couple of delivery points.
CREATIVE FLEXIBILITY
The Sydney Film Festival team acknowledge the service and opportunity to make
changes to there Program hours before going to press was a significant benefit
and showed great flexibility. From the client signing off on final proofs
through to their program being printed, final copies are able to be seen the
very next day. This quick turnaround of a 64 page publication coinciding with
late changes by the client are made easy when a close personalised relationship
is developed between client and Hannanprint Account Manager.

Notebook, launched in 2005, is a highly awarded publication on FPC Magazines
list of national titles. Hannanprint’s operational and account management team
worked in conjunction with FPC to create the unique concept of fold-in tabs and
sections. Hours were spent going through the details and concept, now one of
FPC’s very successful publications.
