Loose Inserts

The total number of loose inserts that can be accepted for any single product is restricted.

More than three loose inserts, and up to a maximum of six, in any one product will result in extra charges.

A loose insert can only be randomly inserted - it is not possible to place a loose insert between specific pages.

Maximum Size of the insert must be 20mm smaller than the width (spine to foredge) and 30mm smaller than the length (head to tail) of the product which it is being inserted into.

Minimum Size of the insert should be 150mm x 105mm.

The following ratio of insert stock (gsm) is recommended by Hannanprint NSW and can be used as a guide, however specific inserts can be addressed on an individual basis.

Loose Inserts into Mailing products

The total number of loose inserts that can be accepted for any single product during mailing is restricted.

The Mailing lines can put a maximum of six items in any one product (inserts, carrier sheets, on serts and tip ons).

Any product that required over 6 products will result in extra charges.

A loose insert can only be randomly inserted - it is not possible to place a loose insert between specific pages.

All inserts are subject to the approval of Hannanprint who reserves the right to refuse any material considered unsuitable for publication.
Whilst every effort will be made to process inserts as ordered, no liability can be accepted for misplacement or omission.
Hannanprint NSW will not guarantee the level or response associated with an insert.
Advertising agents and advertisers accept responsibility for the contents of their inserts and agree to indemnify Hannanprint NSW against any claims or proceedings arising from publication of such inserts.
