Onserts Foiled Wrapped

Foil wrapped packages cause a slow down factor of 50% and will be charged accordingly.

  • All foiled wrapped product is to be free from excessive air. Specifically, as much air as possible is to be removed before sealing. Excessive air may mean further additional costs or suspension of on-serting.

Package size requirements

  • The foil package should be no more than 6mm wider and 25mm longer than the largest item in the package.

Packages containing multiple inserts of varying sizes

  • All articles in a foil package must be within 75% of the size and thickness of the largest item in the package.

Package limitations due to flexibility

  • The Foiled wrapped product must be flexible enough to be easily bent from one edge to the other edge, in order for it to be fed mechanically

Packs containing CD’s

  • CDs inside foil wrapping should be mounted on a piece of 400gsm card that is at least 50mm longer than the CD at one edge.

Delivery and packaging specification

  • Foil packages must always be carton packed with minimum turns of 100mm, and without bands or strapping. Foil packs must be laid flat in the cartons, not on their edge. ( See Delivery and Packing Instructions for other specifications.)

Whilst every effort will be made to process inserts as ordered, no liability can be accepted for misplacement or omission.
Hannanprint NSW will not guarantee the level or response associated with an insert.
Advertising agents and advertisers accept responsibility for the contents of their inserts and agree to indemnify Hannanprint NSW against any claims or proceedings arising from publication of such inserts.
