Subscriber Database

Hannanprint NSW preference is to be supplied with pre-prepared Mailing Databases
which have been sorted to Australia Post NSP Specifications and provided with and
NSP Summary. This will ensure 100% integrity of the supplied database.

When sending Mailing Subscriptions Databases, please send in the following format:

  • Comma delimited CSV or TEXT Files.
  • Field 1 to contain a individual sequence number.
  • Dedicated field containing the SUBURB, STATE and POSTCODE.
    Please note it is one of Australia Post’s “Correct Addressing” requirements
    that the SUBURB, STATE and POSTCODE be in UPPERCASE.
  • Additional dedicated field containing the POSTCODE only.
  • Subscribers who receive multiple copies to be supplied in a separate file or files.
  • Overseas subscribers to be supplied in a separate file or files.
  • Database to contain only relevant information, eg: No Phone Numbers.
  • Where files are coming from multiple sources for the same job,
    please supply all files in the same format. i.e. All the same field / column layout.
  • A copy of our Mail Database Handling document (PDF 40kb) must be provided to us
    for all separate files supplied. This document describes the contents of
    the file, and gives a sample format that you expect us to print.
  • When you send data via email, please send as a zipped attachment.
    Do NOT insert data text files into the body of the email message.

Please note that it is vital that this field contains only a number as it will be used to sort the database to meet Australia Post NSP specifications.
